Mike did an outstanding job on our basement. The estimate was reasonable; the workers arrived on time and were polite; and the work was finished on time. Mike was very helpful with a few last-minute changes and responded immediately to our concerns. I would recommend him fully and without hesitation.
Answered the phone when I called and made an appointment for two days later. On they day, they phoned to say they would be five minutes late. Friendly and helpful. They explained what needed to done, and took me through it. They also went through the options for sanitizing the vents, and I did not get the impression they were trying to sell me that which I did not need. I would certainly recommend the company.
