Mayu and Karen, Liberty Village

We were moving Condos from the Harbour to Liberty Village as well as delivering some of the things to the in-laws in Hamilton. We needed someone who would work with our needs and not the other way around. There was also the conflicting Elevator booking - 9 to 11 vs 1 to 3... would someone pick and pack our things into a truck and wait 2 hours for the next elevator? You bet, however it was Joe who encouraged us to simply show up with the truck to the new condo instead of wasting 2 hrs (he could have pocketed those 2 hrs $$) and just like he said, the consierge let us right in since the earlier booking was done. As soon as Joe arrived he surveyed the condo and had the door propped open and ready. There was no waiting for him to start, as he was already providing us with the gameplan! We have not moved in a while and had neglected to prepare a few things. Joe is ready for folks like us - from closet boxes to heavy duty plastic wrap and blankets to the right tools for dismantling. Never did I ask Joe or his employee to do anything or to be careful. Things he dismantles on your behalf (beds, dressers, closet organizers, etc) are neatly packed with all accompnying harware taped to the larger parts which are then plastic wrapped together. He is professional, to the point and will NOT waste anyones time! If you care about your property and sanity, just call this guy! I am recommending him to all my friends and family! THANKS JOE!
