I needed to move. Again. Nearly every year I move. I've been like this since I was 17. I suppose I'm a bit of a nomad. I move so often that I bought my own moving blankets. One would assume that after 18 moves in as many years that I'd have a storage locker somewhere filled with boxes. This would not be true. City Boxes to the rescue! Not only are the prices reasonable, but the service... oh, dear god, the service. Andrew is putting on a clinic on what customer service is all about, and other businesses need to take note. It is not with lightness of heart when I say that CityBoxes.ca gave me some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Andrew is personable, reliable, punctual, honest, and true to his word. He's thorough, genuine, and smiles. He even refunded me for the unused 2nd week of rentals. Absolutely not what I was expecting. I was delighted at every possible opportunity.
