I wish I had read reviews or had been the one involved when contracting this service. Within 6 years both the Furnace and AC stopped working. The company didn't even register the AC Coil (which has to be done separately) so that I would get a 10 year warranty on the coil, nor did they advise us to do so as this is necessary. The job they did was sub-par as was noted by several contractors and I had a headache dealing with carrier to get the coil registered after the fact. On top of that they are just rude when they talk to customers or during follow up. Do your research and find a better company to get your HVAC done, you will save money and headaches.

Rarely do you get a contractor that is this honest and reliable. I called Antonio today as I had ongoing electrical issues in the house. From the phone call alone I knew I was dealing with an honest and well knowledgeable person. He came by to give me a quote on some items and to also see what could be done on the spot. Not only did he test my control panel and other problem areas and fix everything, he also broke everything down to me so that I would understand. He took time to explain what the issue was and also how I could resolve stuff on my own down the line. I was very happy with the end result. This guy is not only great at what he does, he is a wonderful person. There is a reason he is at the top of the charts on Homestars. If you need an electrician call him, I most certainly will in the future. NP

We had raccoon(s) in our attic that had broken in through vulnerable area(s) in the soffit/roof. I had spoken to Peter on the phone and he came by and provided a free estimate and also worked out a good deal for me to have this problem solved once and for all (as I had several potential entry points) . Peter and the AAA Gates company were very professional and I am happy with the work they performed. I think my home should be raccoon proof from now, so I don't have to hear noises in the wall at night!
