I had the opportunity of working with Andrea and team who helped me in designing my condo living room space. Andrea was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional. She listened very carefully to what my needs were in terms of the final product and she carried it out wonderfully. I told her my preferred colour; she worked around it and gave a very nice and peaceful living room space. I also connected with Kimberly via phone/email and she was quick to respond back to any questions I had regarding my project/products. Excellent customer service! I am hiring Andrea again for both my bedrooms design - I will be putting a review for that soon :) I would recommend Fine Finishes to anyone looking to remodel or renovate their home/condo.

I would like to say Thank you to New Canadian Drain & Plumbing. I called them a Saturday and the same day a plumber was at my door. I have called several places and New Canadian Drain was the one that I found to be reasonable pricing with a good quality of work. Najaf came in and examined the area and started working on it right away. He was extremely humble and very professional. He took off his shoes before even entering my unit - which clearly shows his respects to his customer!!! very considerate :) . I paid the amount and he left. After 5 days , I started noticing the pipe beside was wet . I called the company again - and they were very helpful and sent Najaf the same day to my unit. When he took a look at it, it was only a minor fix - the hot/cold valve was loose and he tighten it. I am very happy with the service that was provided to me by this plumbing company and I would recommended to anyone. Oh and I really love their logo of a little kid holding a tool - saying born to be a plumber! :) Thank you Najaf!!!

I would like to share with the public my experience with Pest Solution Services (Bed bug 101) so others on this site can benefit. A month ago, I was waking up feeling very itchy skin/body with pimple like lesions. I was so paranoid that I may have bed bug; I started searching the web for a good pest control services and I came across "PSS - Bed Bug 101". The moment I emailed Muhammed, I got a response right away saying he is ready to come in for an inspection. After his inspection, to my luck he confirmed that I had no bed bugs and I paid his share. Muhammed's approach was extremely professional! Since I live in a condo ; I asked him to be discreet and he followed that as well. I just wanted to say that every single positive comments on this site is very much true. I would not hesitate a second to call him if his service is needed. He also inspected my mom's room, and found nothing there as well. The other thing is - my itch/marks did not stop after he left saying that I had no bed bugs. The itch continued and I continued being paranoid. I would text him freaking out, he would ALWAYS return my text and assured me again and again that I had no bed bugs. Once I caught a bug and sent it to him via text - he was able to identify the bug for me which was not a bed bug. He stood by me PATIENTLY until ALL my doubts were cleared. He is a very honest man, and true to his words (if he says he will be there - he will). He is reliable and he was also able to calm down my anxiety. The company's ethics of no evidence of bed bug, no treatment is 100% true. He is the one to call if you ever have a bed bug problem or need a inspection.
