they came out and re tagged my furnace so they could push a new sale at me. I contact 5 other companies and three separate licenced techs actually diagnosed it as a perfect furnace and reversed the tag . Y experience was a nightmare and I am taking them to small claims court and have filed a bbb and tssa also.
