Pathetic!!! I would REALLY like to know what "Shauna" did in my house for 4 hours today, because she certainly didn't clean it! This was my first time ever "having" to use a service, but finally gave in because I can no longer do it myself, due to my progressive illness. When I got home from work I found that the ONLY thing she "did" do was vacuum two small rooms and wiped down the mirrors in the bathrooms, period! Well, I take that back...she probably enjoyed a good movie. Hell, I even had left her a $20 bill as a tip! The pictures speak for themselves. Never again...
