Andy is our super hero. We did our research and knew that Fakro Skylights were exactly what we needed to give us the air circulation in our 2 rental units with vaulted ceilings, on the third floor. With cutaways he walked us through the construction of Fakro windows confirming all we had read about why they were superior to other skylights available for Canada's weather. We were lucky that a couple of his other clients were getting special orders so our windows were installed 2 weeks earlier than expected. He recommend ed and installed the perfect size..stayed to the time schedule..There were neighbours for 2 days watching him work on the other side of the street. Very impressive. We've been renovating 90 yr old home for 8 years..He's the BEST

Without prejudice Nothing we asked for was completed the way we agreed it would be done. Drawings and measurements to scale were supplied. Two car garage now does not permit entry to even one car (Because of pole installed in middle to compensate for errors made) We lost 2 feet of entry to garage..All work has to be undone and redone. Unapproved window he brought and was included in contract was rejected because it would have meant taking out a foot of brick from the wall to install. Wound up with 7 foot entrance instead of 8 ft as we requested because he thought that was fine . Roof pools in one corner. After we told him to stop working he insisted on being paid all he felt we owed him or he would take us to court and put a lien on the house. Do not begin any work without a permit even if you are told, none is required. Labour and materials must be separate on the contract. Set up incremental pay schedule and be prepared to walk away if not adhered to. Fire at first sign of trouble, because it will get worse. Two of his employees have showed up at our door looking for money because he has not paid them.
