After a couple of no shows from other companies, we contacted Energytech Appliance Service, who came the very next day to service our gas dryer. The technician arrived within the appointment window. He was very thorough and determine the issue right away. He had the required part with him, so that was an extra bonus not to have to wait for a part delivery. As an extra customer service gesture, he even removed the drum to vacuum the dust and dirt from the inside of the dryer base, which went above and beyond. After 2 weeks without a dryer, they fixed the problem (parts included) in just over an hour. We will definitely contact them again for small appliance repair/service! D Small

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We have a small basement and it was important to us to for it to be open concept. In addition we wanted a 3 piece bathroom, a laundry room and storage. Kyle was our first impression of Finished Basements. His professionalism and insight as to what we could do to achieve our vision stood out from the other renovators we had contacted. Igor promised us a design that we would love and he more than came through for us. Natalie who assisted us in picking the finishes from their showroom and patiently responded to our many questions via phone was amazing. The crew was professional and courteous and showed up at 8:am every morning and worked into the early evening. It was not unusual to hear them laughing and singing to the radio as they worked. It was obvious they were a well tuned team. Igor the electrician asked and listened to our lighting and media requirements and he and his team met all of our expectations. The plumber and gas technician (Vladamir) were very good as well. Our Finished Basement looks fantastic!
