My fridge is now 15years old, and was running but the fridge wasn't getting cold the lower freezer wasn't as cold as it should be. I called "Appliance Force" last Thursday late PM and the receptionist said they could fit an assassment in the next day between 10.00am and 1.00Pm. Dennis arrived at 11.00am and began diagnosing the problem, cleaned out the draining mechanism, as well as checked out the rest of the fridge, put every thing back together and tested the fridge. It took about 2 hours. It was a pleasure haveing Dennis in the house, he was very tidy,informed me what was happening and why and I now have a fridge working perfectly again when I thought I may have o buy a new one. Thank you Dennis.
