A very reasonable price for a great service, I can't imagine going back to cardboard boxes ever again. Boxes (very clean!) were dropped off within a 2 hour window and Andrew actually took the time to text you ~20 minutes before he arrived so there was no waiting and no surprises. Boxes were thankfully larger than I expected as I managed to fill all 20 to the brim (1 bedroom condo move) and they were sturdy and stackable - very helpful when stacking in the back of the moving truck. The labels and zip-ties that came with the boxes were also very helpful as I attempted to stay organized. I also bought a box of the packing paper (for dishes, cups etc.) and a wardrobe box (very sturdy) and was happy with both products.

I hired Devonte and his crew to move my 1 bedroom condo within the downtown Toronto area and I can honestly say that they BY FAR exceeded my expectations. I was initially hesitant to hire movers at all, given the questionable reputation of the industry in its entirety, but I will be trusting Around Town Moving & Delivery for every move I make in the future. From the start, the (very reasonable) quote was provided quickly and the process to provide a deposit to secure a booking was efficient and yet, I didn't feel rushed or pressured. On the day of, the whole crew worked through impossible conditions including (but not limited to) impossible elevator bookings (including a double booking by property management) and a serious trek of a walk between elevators. Throughout the whole move, Devonte and his crew worked quickly and efficiently and were very very careful with my stuff (happy to report that nothing broke). They even came prepared to shrink wrap my furniture (couch, mattress, etc) and had blankets to protect my bed, bookshelf, tv stand, and much more. All in all, I couldn't have asked for more - thank you guys again for all your hard work !
