Ben's level of customer service is one of the best I've experienced when dealing with a contractor. His responses to my communication via email were extremely timely, and managed to answer every question (I had quite a few) with enough detail to ensure I knew I would be happy with the end result. Our 5+ yr old driveway extension, backyard patio and path down the side of our home desperately needed maintenance as the original seal had eventually vanished and the sand deteriorated, giving way to weeds, ants and tire marks. Ben managed to get abt 800 sq ft of work done in a day, on the day scheduled, have it looking like new and priced at over 30% less than quotes from other, larger companies. While only time (and my own level of maintenance) will tell as to the longevity of the work, the end result does look very well done. I am happy with the level of both service and value, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ben in the future for this type of work.
