Very poor customer service. Contacted DFA to get freezer fixed. Technician came and inspected on April 22and diagnosed coolant leak.. Said they would be back in a week's time to fix. Finally returned May 26th after several calls. Repair failed after about six weeks. Technician came back August 4th, inspected unit, diagnosed slow leak and said parts needed to be ordered. He said someone would call and he would likely back in a few days to week to install. No one called. Followed up 10 days after visit. Advised parts had not arrived. Told office would call when parts arrived. No call. Called back on August 21st and appointment made to install parts on morning of August 27th. Technician was to call early in morning to confirm time. No call. Called office. No response.
