Reached out to Award Plus through this site and Alex called me back very promptly. He was able to come by within two hours to take a look at the situation. Our master en-suite shower was draining poorly due to a lot of build up inside. After multiple failed attempts with drain clog removers, I opened the grate and broke up the build up and cleaned the drain. In the excitement of my DIY success I looked to expand on my efforts and attempted to fix the shower spout which was coming loose and shower lever not engaging properly. I removed the spout tried to clean out the scaly build up in the opening and put it back on the pipe. All appeared to work out. Only later when my wife took a shower did I noticed that water was leaking to the kitchen below (from the chandelier above the breakfast table). I remove the spout again and looked for the cause but could not figure it out. After getting in touch with Alex, he told me over the phone that it could be the spout as sometimes the washers and other seals get compromised from pulling them off. He came in did a thorough exam of the drain and water line. His hunch was that it was the spout. However, he said to know for sure he can break the wall to check but he didn't think it was necessary. He recommended to try the spout first and voila.. it worked. I appreciate his honesty and sincerity. Even though the job was relatively small, he did not try to suggest that a bigger job was necessary. We tried a less expensive approach and so far it has worked. Alex worked quickly and explained everything and even provided some tips. He laid down drop cloths while he worked and cleaned up after. Great company, great professional, amazing service. Highly recommend them!

Leroy was awesome! This is a late review as it was for a service call last summer. Our AC unit output suddenly dropped and was not cooling our home properly. Called Leroy from my office and it just so happened that he was in the neighbourhood and was able to drop by in less than 30 mins. My wife was home and he was able to quickly assess the issue and fix the unit in no time at all. He was professional and courteous. Straight talk with no hassles. I will certainly call him again.

The Domilya Group did an absolute fantastic job on our basement renovation (approx 1,700 sq. ft.). Rachid and Heba were a pleasure to work with during the entire process. Their crew and all their trades people were friendly and highly skilled pros! The work was efficient and executed with care and certified by inspectors along the way. They arrive on time and clean up before they leave every night. A professional design was created and displayed through VR goggles which was really impressive. Quality all the way! I will definitely call them again for my next project (kitchen).

This was our second time working with Amazing Window Fashions. The first time was 4 years ago when we outfitted our 2-story brand new build with Amazing’s Polywood Shutters. We loved the clean look & their quality was great! A few months ago, we moved into another home which had horizontal blinds on the 2nd floor. We didn’t hesitate to call Alex and Alan back to install the same Polywood we had in the last house. Alex, Alan and the team have superior customer service. The office was prompt in making an appointment for us, the shutters were delivered an installed in the promised timeline and they keep the rooms as clean as they were before they entered. Alex & Alan also guided us through the shutter designs for both homes which had unusually large windows and transoms. I would definitely recommend working with Amazing as their products, quality & customer service is superb!

Tom is a STAR!. He is passionate about his work and it shows. Despite our inspection being on a 2 yr old house, he still took the time and care to inspect and document everything he could see/gain access to. The 40+ page report he prepared was a testament to that! There were no major issues, just minor maintenance reminders and watch outs to avoid problems in the future. A recommendation is without question!
