We finally made the decision to change all 33 wood windows and 6 exterior doors, of which 2 sets were double doors. We researched several companies until we came upon Canadian Choice Windows & Doors (CCWD). We had the pleasure of dealing with Vince G out of the Concord location. He was extremely knowledgeable about his product and thoroughly explained the benefits of choosing CCWD. They have a Duralock technology that is superior. Vince explained the process and what we should expect. Vince made himself available throughout the process, by answering questions and text messages both after hours and on the weekends!! We also were introduced to the Crew Leader and installer Igor T. I can tell you without reservations, that Igor T and his team were amazing. They laid out what we should expect and what we needed to do to prepare for the installation process. Now, please keep in mind, we had 25+ year old wood windows that had layers upon layers of previous applied caulking and rotten wood that they had to deal with. But Igor T and his team handled it with no problem. Igor T was also very approachable and extremely knowledgeable about the installation process. He is one of those guys, that has a great deal of confidence and past experience that nothing phasing him. I am extremely happy that we got Igor T and his crew to do the installation process. I would definitely recommend Canadian Choice Windows & Doors. Their prices are competitive, have the backing of HGTV's Bryan Baeumler and with their LIFETIME WARRANTY, how can you go wrong! I would definitely recommend CCWD to all my family and friends. If you do call them, try and seek out Vince G for pricing and Igor T for the installation!!

As a first time pool owner, I was overwhelmed with how to maintain and keep my pool clean during the summer months. Not too mention, I truly didn't want to have to think about cleaning my pool and ensuring the chemicals were all balance and safe for the family to swim in. I opted to use a small/independent pool cleaning company in 2014 only to be constantly frustrated with his lack of customer service skills and his inability to maintain to a schedule. Well, that all changed when I was referred to Pool Craft by a close friend of mine. Neither of us had ever used Pool Craft, but we had seen their company vehicles around town. We did our due diligence by researching them on the internet and by speaking and meeting with Geoff D directly prior to signing any contracts. Geoff took us through the steps and ensured us that their track record would speak for itself. And let me tell you....it certainly did. For my family specifically, Pool Craft has gone ABOVE and BEYOND our expectations. Geoff and Cassidy have always made themselves available to answer ALL my questions.....and I had many!! And the few times that I sent them an email during "closed hours of operation", they still ANSWERED....AMAZING! My pool this year has looked amazing and it all was due to the great staff at Pool Craft. I would like to thank Geoff and Cassidy for all their support throughout the season. I would also like to thank Meagan, Dan, Jess and Caroline for doing an amazing job week after week at helping make my pool look fantastic. I would absolutely recommend Pool Craft to others.
