I find this business to be highly unreliable. They have poor customer service and business ethics. They do not keep their word as they will give you an anticipated start date and completion date, however will not come even close to honouring their promise. You will be forced to chase after them with calls/texts week after week to enquire into when they will return to finish the job that they left incomplete. When you actually do get a response, they will lead you to believe that they will be there at a certain date, but again will not show up. I have had a very frustrating experience with this business and I deeply regret hiring this company. If you want a stress free experience, look for a reputable and reliable company who cares for your business.
