This is a family owned business. The team works very hard to make sure you are happy and satisfied with the end result. We had a great relationship with this company during our renovation 7 years ago. Just recently we noticed the bottom door seal was ripped on our custom made front door. We contacted Mike Shaban of Window Land Co. and he immediately made arrangements to have a replacement made as our door is wider then average doors. Mike then took it upon himself to personally deliver the replacement door seal at no extra cost to us. We were surprised and very appreciative. Peter and his team did an amazing job on our foundation installation for our garage as well as the garage concrete slab. They arrived early in the morning and worked throughout the evening until the job was done. When inspected by the City of Toronto inspector, Peter was complimented on his workmanship. We have used Peter and his team on other projects as he is very versatile in his skill set and his prices are fair and reasonable.

Mark walked us through the different options in window and door styles including the glare ratings on the windows. This was extremely helpful as it was overwhelming with such a wide variety to choose from. Additionally because it was a family business Mark was flexible in the quote for the doors and windows. Throughout the whole process Mark and his Dad were onsite or available via telephone. They both wanted to make sure we were completely happy with their services.
