I contacted Comfortec to replace two doors and one bedroom window in our house. When Igor arrived to inspect the work that needed to be done, my wife and I really appreciated his very detailed questions in coming up with a plan/quote. Everything from which way we wanted the door to swing, what colours, trims, etc. He was very thorough in providing us a detailed listing of what work would be done and what we could expect. And when we weren't sure on some things he gave us his honest expert opinion and we could tell he was being honest and wasn't just upselling. When his team arrived, they were extremely professional. They did everything as was promised in the price that was quoted. When the work began, they actually found some unexpected issues, such as some unevenness in the original frames that needed right-sizing. Rather than cut corners, they stayed behind later than anticipated and corrected everything to ensure the quality was as good as it could be. Overall my wife and I were extremely pleased with Igor and the Comfortec team and would recommend them to anyone needing work on their windows and doors.

Our close-to 100-year old home needed some work on our eaves and gutter system because the existing system had begun to deteriorate over time. I contacted several companies but what I really appreciated about Vitally was he came by the house and very clearly pointed out the issues and what needed to be done whereas the other companies didn't provide that level of professionalism. He also provided options based on our budget. We ultimately opted to completely re-do our eavestroughs. Vitally and his team showed up on time, they were very communicative during the whole process and the end result looks fantastic. Couldn't be happier with the result. Vitally even repaired the flashings on my roof at no charge. If you're in need of work done on your eavestroughs and gutters, I would highly recommend Vitally and his team. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Side note: I was worried we would have to wait until Spring to get work done because the temperatures started to dip into then egatives and it snowed on some days but Vitally and his colleague worked through it like champs.

Overall, good experience. I dealt with Peter who was overall helpful and friendly. I wouldn't say he went above and beyond to make me satisfied (for ex. He didn't mention any discounts or specials until I probed quite a bit about costs. He eventually said I'd get 10% off my first year which he later mentioned was a current promo they had going on). But other than that few complaints so far. Would recommend to others!
