Steve came to our home and provided a competitive quote, assisted with design selection and was very knowledgeable about the products he offered. Throughout the process he very responsive via text and phone. The door, highlift system and side mount motor were installed flawlessly. We hired Milorad to tile the floor and backsplash in our basement laundry room. This room is multipurpose as we also use it as a basement walkout to our pool. Guests can grab a drink in the laundry room and access the basement washroom. When we purchased the home, the laundry room had only minor updates since the house was built in the '50s. After we ripped up the laminate floor ourselves, Milorad had the task of laying the matte porcelain tile we purchased. He took his time and was meticulous in the grading to the floor drain. The floor took him a full 5 days including grouting and ceiling the tile. He returned once we installed the cabinetry and counters we purchased from IKEA to install the ceramic subway tile backsplash. He listened to exactly how we wanted the pattern to be and it came out perfect. He picked up all the materials for us (with the exception of the tiles and the drain cover) and included a beautiful chrome edge. We are very pleased with his work and will be using him again for our bathrooms. The pictures will speak for themselves!
