This is the second time easyflip has helped me with urgent same-day service (I wish I had followed their advice the first time and had preventative maintenance done!). This time a cable snapped and last time we lost our remotes somewhere in the neighbourhood and urgently needed to change the whole mechanism. Very polite and easy to deal with. I can't recommend them enough!

Called due to a squirrel in the roof that kept waking us up. Office answered phone right away, booked me in at my preferred time that wk. Jonny showed up on time and went up in the roof and on top of it to figure out the problem. He proposed a solution and once we accepted, got straight to work in putting mesh over all our roofing vents to prevent Mr. Squirrel from chewing through any others. There was one more vent than he initially quoted us for but he honoured the original quote. The problem is solved and I called for removal of the one way door he installed in case the critter was still in there and they came and left a note in the mailbox saying it was done. A+ service, highly recommended.
