We got most of our windows replaced by them and couldn't be happier. They were professional, nice, funny and very accomodating. We found them on homestars and would recommend them to anyone. A deserving top of the list.
We used Grande Concepts to renovate a house we had bought. It was old and needed quite a bit of updating. At first they were great and really helped with any jobs that came up. Near the end it got wierd. They wanted all of the money and only 90% of the work was done. He assured the rest would be done in 1 day so I paid the full amount. There was then a bill for $2000 of extras which was not itemized. We paid $1000 which was fair. The contractor was never heard from again and 10% of the work remains. Overall the contractor was good but he left us with a bad taste when he took off before completely done. There was also a few places where we now see he cut corners.
