I don't want a specialty service coming in and just doing their job without considering its affect on the rest of my house. I want experts to see how their specialty will work with my home as a complete system. That, along with a good bedside manner, describes my experience with George and his team. Courteous, on time, professional, clean. Money well spent. I will be calling George again.

Realizing I had more animal life in the neighbourhood that I'm used to, I called Derick&Co to come over and give me their two cents. Initial visit was informative and put a lot of concerns to bed. Today they installed some vent grills on the roof, for some extra peace of mind.
