Was quoted a price and mid way during the installation the contractor increased their pricing. Timing for completion was not respected. They left a huge mess after leaving ( walls damaged and new carpet cut off pieces were everywhere) . They made me hire another contractor to prepare the carpet surface and remove handle bar as their pricing didn’t include these items ( but all related to a carpet install ) . Overall, I guess they tried to accommodate given COVID but expectation, pricing , timeline should be respected from inception. The carpet itself looked nice and was a great quality.

I hired them for deep cleaning service (move-in move-out service) for 2 small units. This is a summary of what I got: - Arrived 2 hours late for one of the property - Deep cleaning apparently is light dusting with old rags. - Poorly equipped, anything above eye sight will not be cleaned. - toilet was not cleaned, and stove, windows, top shelves, etc. - increased pricing during their visit - I and both my tenants complained of various items uncleaned, but nothing was done to help. I was pressured me to make the payment because there employees supposedly work like horses I was told. Needless to say, I will not be using their services again and would not recommend.

On September 22, 2019, we received an order from an owner of the house located on 53 Brownville Ave, York, ON M6N 4L2 Mr. __________
This person has requested a cleaning service from us. Upon our meeting, we discussed all the details and entered a verbal agreement. The agreement stipulates the following: our company “MS Cleaning 20” is to undertake to clean the ground floor on September 30, 2019, and to clean the basement on the following day. The total amount of $200 for the cleaning services was negotiated between parties and agree upon.

In the morning of September 30, we arrived 15 minutes before the agreed time and retrieved the keys from an arranged box. Shortly after we started cleaning. We had all the necessary professional cleaning equipment with us – detergents, chemicals, mops, buckets, rags, etc. When we entered the house, we discovered that the condition of the premises was drastically different – it was much dirtier than it was described (please see the pictures attached). At that point, we realized that we would need more than 3 hours of work to complete the job that we negotiated previously. The most complicated situation was with the furniture – it had numerous spots and stains and I had to use special oils and detergents to get rid of them. Numerous pictures are attached.

After 3.5 hours of work, the owner of the house came in. He was agitated and angry and started to interrupt our work complaining about what we’d already cleaned. He also asked us to spend more time at the house to complete the job as well as clean the walls and the windows. After he calmed down we agreed on an additional $100 payment for our overtime on a top of the agreed amount. After we completed the cleaning he thanked us. The next day we were supposed to come back to clean the basement.

Although the payment has had to be made before October 25.Apart from this non-payment, he left a negative review about our company which untruthful. He mentioned in the review that we were poorly equipped and didn’t do the cleaning properly. Please find the picture attached, they are clearly emphasizing the state of the house before and after cleaning.
We believe that we have done the cleaning properly and diligently. The price of $200 has been negotiated based on the description provided however the real state of the house was significantly different which took us extra time to complete the cleaning.

The contractor Installed new a thermostat and repaired major issue with AC. He came within a 24 hour notice. Excellent work. I’ve used them twice with always great work. max is very reasonable with his pricing

Aquamaster is a professional company that makes you feel like you're dealing with a trusted friend. I have used them many times from waterproofing a home to installing toilets to fixing clogged drains. Always great results with fair price. The approximate cost was for a clogged drain.
