For years I've wanted a metal roof but the price was always way too high for my budget, then I ran into Cliff at a home show. He explained that because London Eco-Roof actually manufacture their own product, the price of a metal roof doesn't have to be so costly, which was proven with other metal roof contractor quotes. And the crew that came in to install the roof were great. They answered all my questions and did a fantastic job cleaning up and were very mindful of my landscaping around the house. They also suggested 6" wide eaves so that the rain water wouldn't go flying over the edge of the trough, which work great.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- The only thing I would change would be that the ice breakers be the same colour on front and back. They're brown on the front and grey on the back which makes them stand out against the roof. It would have been nicer to have them blend more.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- I'm not quite 50 yet but I figured that if I did a shingled roof now, that in another 15 or so years I'd have to do it again. And that's when I'm ready to retire and won't want the expense of doing my roof again. I figured I'm ahead by at least $ 5,000 by doing my roof now in metal as apposed to doing singles twice.
