Called Peter because our dryer wouldn't start and he was able to come out and replace the motor for us. He was on time, took the time to explain the job to me and replaced a few additional worn parts he noticed while the dryer was disassembled. Would certainly call again in the future.

I had Keith come out and evaluate options for installing a BBQ gas line at my house. He was very quick to get out to the premises and gave me a comprehensive estimate of the amount of time and cost that the installation would require. On the installation date he was on-time and both Keith and his apprentice were very thorough and courteous. They made sure to clean-up the job and took the time to explain everything to me me before they left. Keith even had some helpful tips for operating my new grill! I'd highly recommend.

The team from Victorious was great. Mark came to measure and gave us some advice regarding getting rid of an odor that was present in the basement prior to installation of the new carpet. The installation team was on-time and very courteous and Mark followed up that day to see how things went. The results look great. A few days after the installation I had a few questions for Mark and he was very prompt in his response and happy to help. This is an A+ team that I would look forward to working with on any future needs.

Overall great experience. They were running an hour late from the appointment time, but called in advance to let us know. The service was efficient and they took the time to explain things to us, it didn't feel like they were rushed to make up lost time. The crew was very courteous and professional and the results look good.

Mike was great from the time we initially contacted him through to finishing the job. He provided a detailed quote, completed the job on schedule and the finished product looked great. He was very friendly and even took the time to fix a few items that weren't part of the job such as patching and touching up some cracks and marks on the ceiling.
