We saw Brent's many positive reviews and decided to take him on for our new home inspection. He came in for our PDI and for our 30 day inspection. He was very thorough and gave us a detailed explanation of his inspection. He was punctual, friendly and responsive to our questions. They can be very interesting to inspect. Yes, many have minimal defects, however it seems to me the ones that do have problems, wow, some can have real dozies ! Fortunetely, your home had minimum.
