A very polite and organized company, and showed up on time which is a bonus. Found a faulty wire, had the replacement part on hand, and was repaired quick and like a professional. Would recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thanks for the great service! Antonio B

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. I found Daniel's phone number on HomeStars. I contacted him and from day one he was extremely helpful. He was able to get in there within a day or two to meet with me and give me a quote. The video surveillance installation was estimated as being a 4hr job and that is exactly what it took. Installation was professional and clean. Time was taken to train and walk us through how the system works. Daniel has been very responsive and reachable by phone, email or text. Overall I have no regrets dealing with Secure Tech and it shows that the Company cares about me as customer and its own reputation. Tony
