Pratema and her team did a great job replacing my old fence that had fallen over. They were very professional and all of the work was completed within 3 days back in June 2019. Its been 7 months since the installation and the fence is still standing strong. I am very happy with their work and highly recommend them!

Most of my roof membrane blew off during the violent wind storm in May, leaving mostly bare wood planking exposed. James was the only one out of 20 roofers that I called that was able to come and provide temporary repairs to my roof to prevent further water damage (this was after the original roofing company that I called showed up completely unprepared and ran when they saw the severity of the damage). James and his crew came first thing in the morning, after very short notice and tirelessly working late into the night 2 days in a row, and securely tarped my roof. He was specifically able to come because he triaged the level of roof damage and only went to the houses that were most likely to leak first. This shows a very high level or professionalism and care. I am very grateful to James and to his company, and his excellent and speedy work in securing my house from further damage. Thank you James!

I called Santos after unsuccessfully trying to deal with a bad smell coming from my basement floor drain. I cleaned the parts of the floor drain that I could reach and removed a large ball of floating grease but there was a dirty submerged 3" side pipe that I could not access. The smell got worse every time I ran the kitchen faucet and there was gurgling and water movement in the floor drain. I brought Santos in and Silverio very quickly realized that the gurgling was caused by water back flowing from the kitchen drain into the floor drain due to a blockage, caused by kitchen grease. Silverio gave a very clear and concise explanation that made complete sense based upon all of the symptoms, and he recommended that the drains be snaked to clear the blockage. The "before" video showed that the drain pipe was full of dirty water, while the "after" video showed nothing but a clean pipe with a clear stream of water running at the bottom. The water level in the floor drain returned to its proper level below the 3" side pipe and the offending odour was gone.
