Unbelievably poor quality. We purchased our floor tile but when it was installed most of the tiles were cracked or a different colour. I understand the natural flaws but this was beyond that. When I asked what could be done, I was told nothing and basically hung up on. Never purchase your tiles here.

Very disappointed with this service. I specifically asked for the bathroom to be cleaned well and I don't think she even went in there. Not sure what was used to wash our hardwood floors but they are all sticky which they weren't before. There is a stain on our carpet that wasn't there before. I called to let her know and she didn't really seem to care, said if I used the service again, they would send another person. How about doing it right the first time? Or offering to fix what wasn't done but was paid for? She did do a good job dusting, I know that because everything was moved around. Will not use again.
