I called then initially because there was an "animal" in my dryer duct which they were going to just deal with but I also had them blow out all my ducts. Joe (the owner) ended up going to Home Depot and buying a new outdoor dryer vent cap and affixing it to my exterior wall to stop anything from getting inside and he also replaced my dryer hose which was a fire hazard. I would say that he went above and beyond his call of duty to please a customer... and that he did!
