I was given the contact name and number for Warriors Tree Removal Inc. from another very happy customer that used their tree cutting services as well. Kevin Batten, the one owner, was quick to respond to my inquiry for a quote. He came a couple of days later and gave me a quote which was more than reasonable. He was very kind, professional and courteous and we decided to go with Warriors because we heard they were great at what they did...and we just got a great first impression when we met with Kevin for a quote. I came home to find a very bare backyard with the tree gone..I guess we need to plant another small tree! But happy! we were so impressed how neat and clean they left my yard! My neighbours also commented to me how courteous and neat they left their yards as well since the tree branches were over 3 other neighbours yards. Good customer service and honest businesses are hard to find these days...but WARRIORS TREE REMOVAL INC. stepped up to plate and did an exceptional job! After researching many window companies and getting quotes, I decided to have my windows and patio sliding door replaced by Canada Windows and Doors. Not only was their price and quality the best, but their service was good. I had a couple of issues with one of the installers, however after speaking with Christine she remedied the situation. I have been doing some revovations around my home and several months ago I replaced my staircase railing. I obtained a few quotes and Alba Railing was recommended to me. I had heard about this business through family members and I decided to get a quote from them. John, one of the owners came to my home to take measurements and as it turned out he was by far the best quote I had been given. I have seen some of the work they do and I knew they would do a good job. John was so friendly and a very respectful man. After pricing out my laminate flooring from various retailers, I decided to deal with Floor Trends. They were very friendly and helpful and took the time to come out to measure out the space for me. Although I did not have them install the flooring as my brother was doing that for me, they offered to come out if we had any questions or problems. Recently I've been doing some renovations in my home and I decided I wanted to invest in some quality shutters for my main floor window coverings. I went about getting several quotes and they all varied in prices and quality. I just moved to the Bowmanville area and I was hoping to go with a local business. They are located on Mearns St. Keith is the owner and he came into my home and did all the measurments and he was amazing!! Not only was his quote the best by far, but the quality of their blinds are what sold me!! He went into detail on what to look for when making my decision and explained everything. I recently had my front hall entrance tiled and my kitchen backsplash tiled with Richard's Marble & Tile Ltd located in Oshawa, ON. This is a family owned company that stands by their commitment of honesty and integrity. In my opinion, there are not enough companies and individuals who operate in this manner like Richard's Tile! From start to finish they exceeded my expectations!! I choose Raywal Cabinets in Ajax to do my kitchen renovation. Although the whole process has taken a little longer than expected I am happy with my kitchen and the service I received from Kellee, the designer. She was a pleasure to deal with and always kept me informed. Tim did the initial installing of my cabinets and I was pleased with the work he did. He was friendly and professional. As well, one of the service technicians, Ayube (not sure on the spelling of his name), he was very friendly, professional and took pride in the work he did when he completed some last details for me. Corey Bennett, the Area Manager personally came to my home to inspect the work done. He stressed that he wanted me to be happy with my kitchen renovation and if I was not completely satisfied he would do his very best to make it happen. This was my first experience with having my ducts cleaned and I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Prestige Duct Cleaning. My sister-in-law has had their carpets cleaned by Prestige and they literally look brand new! She recommended them to me for my duct cleaning. ..and I am so pleased I went with Prestige! The technicians Drew and Michael were prompt, courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything they were doing as I also had the dryer vent and A/C coil cleaned. Even though I am in the midst of renovations they still took the time to put down drop sheets as they went about doing their work. The company notified me to give me the names of the technicians and their arrival time and followed up with me the next day to make sure I was satisfied with their work. ALL companies should be honest and courteous and operate in this manner. My experience with Prestige was very positive and I will DEFINITELY have them back and I have already been referring them to friends and family. THANK YOU PRESTIGE!!
