Sandip was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained EVERYTHING I needed to know about the entire process of purchasing and installing my new furnace and humidifier. Both he and the gents who did the installation were prompt, efficient, and took the time to explain things to me clearly and easily. I'd definitely recommend them.

We'd been shopping around for flooring in the past and I returned to Brampton Hardwood not only because of the selection and pricing, but also because of the service. I remembered Lina from our first visit to the Gordon Mackay location. (We'd also visited the Brampton location.) Lina was INCREDIBLY helpful and quite a character - a pleasure to deal with! I purchased 2 different types of flooring from her. One of my choices was a special order and unfortunately, I wasn't able to wait for it. She found me a gorgeous substitute and even helped arrange the installation with a VERY tight turnaround! I was told my second choice of flooring was out of stock at another location. However, Lina went to work to find me what I needed! She called around and managed to find me just enough of the "out of stock" flooring to complete my project. She also gave me a fantastic deal! As I told Lina when I left the store: thanks to her help, she and Brampton Flooring now have a customer for life. I've already begun to recommend the Gordon Mackay location to friends!
