I commissioned Quality Home Roofing to improve the ventilation of my attic space, as I was having some moisture issues there. Yuriy and his crew came to my home and were very efficient and professional. There was clear communication throughout the entire process and Yuriy took the time to explain the process to me and answer all of the questions that I had for him. My impression of Yuriy is that he is a very knowledgeable and honest person, I felt very confident that he knew what he was doing. There was a minor issue that arose during the work (as sometimes happens ) Yuriy took full ownership of the issue and resolved it to my 100% satisfaction. In fact, the way he handled the situation confirmed what I initially thought about him, that he was honest and trustworthy. I will be using Yuriy's services in the future when it comes time to shingle the roof. I would highly recommend Quality Roofing to anyone who is needing work done on their home. Thanks Yuriy!

I had to have my furnace and A/C replaced a few weeks ago and called on Climax Heating and Air Conditioning to come out and provide me with an assessment. Sam was the first person who I met with and I found him to be both professional and friendly. He arrived at the time specified and quickly went to task diagnosing the issue that I was having with my HVAC unit. Sam provided me with a clear explanation of what was wrong and explored the options of what to do next with me. I decided to buy both a furnace and a/c unit from Climax and Sam gave me a deal that was fair. He was able to arrange for the installation to happen the next day, which was great because the temperature had dropped and there was the potential for carbon monoxide leaking with my old HVAC unit. The next day, two techs from Climax arrived in the morning and on-time. Ali and Reza were both courteous and professional. They quickly went to work and ripped out my old units and installed the new ones during the same day. This job is quite extensive and they both finished up earlier than anticipated, which is always nice. I work from home and was initially worried about how disruptive the work was going to be, but Ali and Reza were able to do the job with minimal impact on my work. After the job was complete (and even during it) I had some questions that both Ali and Reza took the time to answer for me. I noticed a few minor issues that needed attention after the job was complete. I contacted Sam to notify him and he arranged to have a tech come over to my place a few days later to take care of these issues, which they were to my satisfaction. Overall, I would give a 10/10 to Climax, Sam, Ali, and Reza. From start to finish they all did an exceptional job. A dual unit replacement is a significant cost and often causes some anxiety with homeowners (myself included). Sam and his team put my mind at ease and followed through on the quality of work that was promised. My home was in need of a new eavestrough system and I decided to call Maxima Aluminum because of the consistently high ratings they received on Home Stars. I spoke with Gennadiy over the phone and found him to be both professional and courteous. Within a few short weeks the materials were ready and Gennadiy arrived on time with his associate. They quickly went to work tearing down my old rain guttters and down spouts. Once this was done they installed the new system with efficiency and skill. The final product looked amazing and more importantly worked flawlessly. Shortly after the install there was a heavy rainstorm and my new gutters did great. Gennedy even gave me a courtesy call a few days after just to make sure I was happy with the work. I would not hesitate to hire Gennadiy and his team in the future. They do high quality work at a great price.

This was our first home inspection and first home purchase. Rob was recommended to us by our agent. He was professional and personable and took the time to answer all of our questions. Rob went through the house (both inside and outside) with methodical precision. He discovered issues that we would not have been able to observe on our own. The inspection report was prepared for our review in less than three hours and it was well organized and easy to understand. We would highly recommend using Rob for anyone who is considering hiring a home inspector.
