I purchased a small older 1.5 story house and the basement was less that 6 ft in a lot of places. Rock Bottom underpined and put in a structural beam and heated floors Feb 2021. We had slight delays because of the Covid-19 restrictions. But it went ahead and I am grateful it all happened before I moved in as it is a REALLY messy job. Jamie and the crew have a smooth methodology so everything went smoothly and they coordinated with the structural engineer, HVAC & plumbing contractors as required. The basement now has a washroom, laundry, bedroom and rec room.

I bought a new 'old' house that I found was entirely uninsulated despite many obvious renovations over the years. Phil and his team helped me insulate most of my house in stages as I was renovating and was patient with the various delays and coordination with other contractors. Since I am doing an energy rebate program I also will recoup some of the cost. They were totally reliable, quick and tidy. I recommend them and spray foam insulation -looking forward to my renovations being done and a cozy house for this winter.

Moving is a stressful event for anyone. Arby's crew was swift, professional, careful and on time. The job proceeded as quoted and was on budget. The crew followed covid protocols as well. I probably would have stressed less if I had know how smooth this would go.
