In this respect, Allison, the owner of Sugar Tree Cleaning Company was very good in training her cleaning crew whom did a wonderful cleaning job within 4 hours which included detailed cleaning of the kitchen and all the appliances, complete wipe down of the doors, baseboards and cabinets or cupboards, steam cleaning the basement carpet and a complete thorough cleaning of the bathrooms. I am most impressed when I went back to check the next day as I had an emergency the evening before to attend to. So, thanks Allison, for all that you have done for me and the home especially. Now, I feel confident that during the move out inspection by the property management company, it will get an A plus for sure! This company has trained the sales consultant well in their product knowledge and the sales consultant is able to advise factually the current problems with the old windows and how the new windows will help to reduce draft in the winter months and thus will help to save the cost of heating. I had concerns about water damage in the past to the entire wooden frame but on checking the old windows, Bob, the sales consultant had assured me then the frames are still good. True enough, when the specialist window installer, Sergey, and his partner checked today after taking out the old windows, there was no water damage found, to my relief. So, from my personal experience in dealing with Bob and Canadian Choices Windows and Doors, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest opinion and trust in them delivering the goods on time as promised, and working with a very professional installer who further gave me the proper advice on the finishing looks of the new windows.
