what a waste of time! they didn't show up on the scheduled day because the cleaning lady's car broke down! 2 days later rescheduled...I'm taking a day off! and waiting for the crew to do a detailed cleaning which includes their supplies and equipment- one lady shows up 1.5hr late, with some cloths and only 4 hours availability!? does cloth= cleaning supplies and equipment? and how did they plan to get the detailed cleaning done by one person with nothing but some cloths? customer service- very poor, totally unorganized, sounds like they are either overwhelmed with orders they can not fulfill or they have a small operation and can't handle all services offered on their website. my advice- DON'T MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM!
