Dervis was on time, pleasant to work with, and did his best to complete a very professional and neat job. He actually performed a miracle, using every bit of tile except for 1 tiny piece remaining. Great job!

We were concerned with mould growth in our condo after flooding due to a faulty drainage pipe breaking during a rainstorm. Although mould was removed from the floor and some parts of the wall, we wanted to make sure that after remediation, the mould level was normal. After calling the Mold Guy, (great name!) Drove came the very next day. We asked too many questions and he answered them all patiently. He was personable and cheery. He performed the job quickly, scientifically and to our amazement, we received our results in 2 days. If one has a pest problem, Gancy is the person you should call. He is right on it, knowing how desperate and panicky people can get when there is an infestation. He is intelligent, experienced and knowledgeable and is very responsive with questions and calls. He was even willing to come after hours. Now that is special!

More important than being a tradesman, who does what he says and gets the job done quickly and professionally is the fact that Trent is a true and honest gentleman. He works hard and there is something very warm and special about his personality. Very easy to chat with and nice to see that he cares not only about his work but about people, too.

We had Spring Home install a heat pump in the garage to keep it at a comfortable temperature year round. Cy came right away to look at possible options and gave a quote very soon after. The job required co-ordination with other contractors. This could have been a potential nightmare but everything proceeded in a timely and smooth fashion. The work was done by 2 very hard-working Spring Home men, polite and very nice. The whole experience was a text-book example of a caring, professional business where the customer always comes first.

Cuma was responsive and kind from beginning to end. His work was meticulous and done much faster than anticipated. He has a good crew and tries his best to make things work for you. There are not many people in the trade who are as honest and nice as he is. He has an understanding of people that is very rare. Cuma is full of integrity and belongs in a class of his own.
