Dan arrived and put on his booties over his shoes. We took him to the tap in question, he took a look and gave us a quote. We approved the quote. My issue is he chose to no longer put on the booties each time he entered my home. Nor did he remove his shoes. Just a small thing but does leave a bad taste in my mouth. Repair was done. We paid and he left.

Over the past year all three of the toilets in our home started breaking down, we chose to replace them all. After doing quite a bit of research on toilets we chose the right ones for us, and although they said we could install them ourselves on the pamphlets inside the new toilets, we chose not to take any chances and called out favorite plumbing company, Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning . Colin came on November 1st, worked for a few hours, having to deal with a few unexpected situations, due to the age of the old toilets, thank goodness he was here. All three toilets were changed out, Colin took away the old toilets and left the bathrooms in good shape. I know I could not have installed these toilets on my own. Thank you Colin and Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning . It is weird, but the new professionally installed toilets make me so happy!!

Water stem broke as it was from 1969, had to turn water off to the whole house. Ciara managed to loosen the hose bibs and replace them. Lots of hard work, very pleasant and efficient.
