The railings and posts on our deck had deteriorated badly and were in need of an update. When I posted my RFP, Caspian Development Group was onsite quickly to assess the condition of the deck components and provide an estimate. The work was completed on time and on budget. The team from Caspian Development Group was attentive, helpful, enthusiastic and open to our suggestions. It was a good collaborative effort and we are very pleased with the final result.

It was a pleasure working with The English Painter and Company, and we appreciated their prompt attention to our request, both for the estimate and for the job itself. Their work was thorough and tidy, and we are enjoying the refreshed look of the bedroom that was painted.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

Our experience with Summerwood has been excellent. Brandon outdid himself in his commitment to customer service, and I really appreciated his guidance along the way. The shed was an excellent choice for our needs.
