The latch on my microwave broke, and prevented me from opening the door. I called Energytech and within an hour and 15 minutes they were at my door, with the replacement part. They had quoted me a cost over the phone and kept true to their word both in time of arrival and cost. The work was done quickly and efficiently with no mess. In addition, the technician checked other parts of the microwave to make sure they were in working order. I would definitely use this company again.
