Ilya is a wonderful helpful expert who doesn't pressure you into any particular sale. We spent an hour trying out various small uprights, and eventually settled on a beautiful piano which is now in our rec room. Prompt delivery, and excellent service. Thanks Ilya!
Valentin is a great guy... he is very efficient and friendly, shows up as soon as possible. He replaced a faucet in our laundry room with a new one. The new one works perfectly now. Would definitely recommend. Edit- A couple months later he re-seated a leaky toilet we had. Again, super fast and friendly service. Very very happy with Valentin.

We just had a 260 sqft split-level deck built, and are super happy with the results. The ipe wood is beautiful, as is the workmanship. Alex and the crew were all great during the build, knew their stuff, and took time to do the work properly. Will definitely recommend to others in future.

Good, friendly and efficient service, but they charged me $150 for a capacitor that actually costs about $15. If I had replace the cap myself I would have saved $300. As a result feel kind of ripped off...
