Do not call this company. I am completely unsatisfied with their service. I wish I had read the reviews on the appliance repair guys,before having the service done on my dishwasher. They do weekends, which is what prompted me to have them come over Sunday morning.My dishwasher wasn't draining completely and upon arrival the technician diagnosed it as a motherboard problem. Similarly to the other stories here, he said he could fix it for $280.00 without parts, successful 80% of the time. I had to sign a Labour Quote Approval to that effect, no parts just labour, cash or debit only. After spending about a half hour on it , he said it was fixed. However, there was a pool of water at the bottom as he had found it earlier upon arrival. He said a little water is normal. Also, he adjusted the drain hose saying there was a kink in it. I figure that's all he did.Not satisfied at all with this company. I will complain to them for my money back,but I know I don't have a chance.
