I paid for these blinds in February and still have not had them all installed yet. I have paid all of the money and I'm missing 4 blinds that they had forgotten during their first installation. I have been back and forth on the phone with 2 women who have no idea what they are doing and never pick up the phone or return my messages. I have made 5 appointments to complete this job and they haven't shown up, or have been sick or have shown up 5 hours after they were scheduled to and I was already at work. I would NOT suggest this company to anyone. It has been the shadiest and most unprofessional customer service I've ever come across. 5 months...still missing 4 of my most important blinds! They're pricing is also unreasonable but I felt they took advantage of us being a young couple and being first time home buyers. SAVE YOURSELF A MASSIVE HASSEL AND FIND ANOTHER BLIND COMPANY!
