I reached out to SauzTeq after seeing all the positive reviews on homestars and I was not disappointed. Mohammad was a pleasure to deal with. First of all he is very polite, easy to talk to, always accommodated our questions (I had a lot). His tenured experience showed from the time we met and his pricing is very competitive. We recently moved into a 35 year old house and wanted to remove a few load bearing walls to open up the layout. Mohammad came and took all measurements, and in a few weeks provided a detailed drawing of my whole house as it exists and what the proposed drawing would look like. He also helped me with the city permit and directly worked with the city to get my permit approved. He is also going to be available to talk to any city inspectors and general contractor I choose to do the work. I asked him for a recommendation for a company that he has worked with in the past and he shared a reputable company who I am considering. My overall experience working with SauzTeq is 10/10. Highly recommended this company. Mohammad has over 30 years experience as a structural engineer. You won’t be disappointed.

Requested a roof assessment on HomeStars, Harold was the first to reach out and had Shawn from his team on the scene the next day checking everything out. Both my house roof and flat roof of an extension desperately needed replacing, they took pictures of everything and shared it with me. I also had a crumbling chimney. After getting a few quotes I elected to go with Precision Roof Works because I felt most confident in their expert capabilities, experience, and professionalism. I knew the job would get done right. The team took down the crumbling chimney, took off the old shingles, removed some boards and got in the attic to make sure I did not have any mold or wet insulation, they took pictures of everything, they replaced boards that needed replacing, doubled the number of vents I had in the roof to meet building code and replaced my old vents with better quality vents. They wrapped the roof with a membrane before putting on new quality architectural shingles vs the cheap tab singles I had before. His team replaced the flat roof with a 4 layer roofing system. Everything was done proper! The team showed up when they said they would, they did the work in the timeline agreed upon and the entire team was very friendly and respectful of my property. They left the job site exactly how they found it, no mess. I'm very happy with Precision Roof works and would highly recommend them.

Serge is a True Professional and takes pride an his workmanship. I had some water leakage in the back of my house where I have an extension to the original house. The wood siding had rotted in certain places. Serge ripped all the old siding apart, found some mold, took his time to replace everything underneath, put in new insulation and replaced our siding with a much more durable vinyl siding. Serge also replaced my troughs. He took this time and made sure everything was done accurately. He capped all the windows and doors and made sure there would be no more leaks moving forward. I am very happy with his work, time and effort put into my home. Felt like he was working on his own home.

Chris was very friendly, responsive and got the job done as we expected. We had Easy Access Doors come in and replace or old garage door and install an automatic opener with two remotes and a keypad. He gave us a good quote and provided us with quality Hardware. He showed up when he said he would and got the job done in the time he specified. I highly recommend Chris!
