We worked with Paul who has a great personality, he was always responsive, friendly and informative. The windows were the original windows with the house which means they were about 40 years old. Some required significant carpentry to rebuild the outside frames, we were concerned that this would increase the cost but Paul kept the cost in line with the estimate. The replacement windows were ordered, they came in on time, and the crew came over and completed the work in one day! To get it done in one day Paul actually brought two crews! The workers were very polite and efficient. Paul made a couple of recommendations which turned out fantastic ! We love our new windows and will be recommending the Paul to all our friends!
