I ordered a frameless shower door from Shower door of Canada for my renovated guest bathroom. The designed included a seal on both sides of the door as I was concerned that leaky water would damage the newly installed marble floor. Upon installation (I didn't live at the worksite and was not present when the door was installed), I realized that the seal was not installed. I have left multiple voice messages and have placed multiple phone calls to Peter / Tony at Shower Door of Canada with no response. Actually, their response was to go and pick up the seal so I could install it myself (after spending $1,800 that is not an appropriate answer) or my favorite that they have big orders that have priority (strange that was not the case when I was placing my order). Very dissapointed with the customer service received from this company. Feel truly disrespected as a customer.
