Brent from Elite Mechanical Services was excellent to work with from the initial phone call through to job completion. We contacted him for a 2nd opinion after being told by our condo company's "preferred" company that our unit needed to be replaced at a cost of $3600. Brent assessed the problem quickly and determined that the issue was with the the compressor and there was no need to replace the entire unit. Brent completed the job for $900.
