Mr Roof Repair responded the fastest to our desperate calls to address an active leak on our bathroom ceiling after a severe thunderstorm late July. An assessment was coordinated within 2 days after they responded. The assessment report was thorough. When it was determined that the crew couldn’t fix the issue identified on the first visit, they prioritized to get the crew in quickly to replace the flanges that caused the active leak. Then subsequent visits followed to replace the aging skylight and incorrect bathroom vents. Customer service was responsive across different departments. They helped alleviate our anxiety througout the processes.

We have used Andrews Restoration to replace our chimney years ago. This round, the bricks on one corner of our house were chipping off. Andrew assessed the situation and told us the cause that needed to be addressed after his crew replaces the bricks. He was also honest in what was worth repointing and not. Robin, at the office, is efficient in coordinating the crew. They came as anticipated, completed the work to our satisfaction. Great workmanship. Hihly recommend for their reliability.

From the estimation process to scheduling work, Angela was very organized and responsive. The cost estimate was reasonable. But more importantly, Samuel was respectful of our wishes and quoting different options as well as demonstrated integrity. Samuel and his crew applied new healthy sod on the area where we finished foundation work and on the rest of our weeded lawn. In addition, they did a good job on laying a new patio area and cleaned up afterwards. They finished within the estimated time. We went through the full process with KH Davis with Kevin providing the structural eng consult late fall to working with Luis, projrct manager, to get the city permit for the underpinning and the underpinning itself. Our work required coordination with disconnecting and reconnecting Enbridge, which was a complex bureaucratic process. Luis prepared with the timing of Enbridge calls for a target start this spring. They also consulted a geotechnical engineer to ensure the reason why our front extension shifted and appropriate underpinning depth. Luis was customer focused, responsive, communicated clearly and able to manage our expectations. I highly recommend this company if you need the type of skillset they are able to offer.

Have been happy with their product in the past. We came back to plan and to explore what floor product to purchase in the family room. Timea was wonderful in explaning the options. And, when the price of the original product I was targeting did not work out, she was able to suggest a less expenisve version. Again, happy with her recommendation.
