Absolutely thrilled with the irrigation system we got installed! A.A. Waters & Brookes is a fantastic company to work with. The initial meeting was very thorough with Allan doing a detailed review of what we envisioned our landscaping to be so he could set a plan accordingly. They provided a good tutorial for how to work the system and how to override the settings so that the kids can run through the sprinklers! The system has a lot of intuitive settings to sense rain and to auto adjust for various weather conditions and you can get an app as well to be easily able to control it by your phone. You can also set special schedules for when you overseed in the fall etc. They are incredibly responsive to communication when reaching out to get the system closed/opened for the season. Overall, a super positive experience working with this company.

We called Aida based off of her review on Homestars for a much needed deep cleaning of our condo. Aida and one of her team came over that night to assess what needed to be done and quote the work. I was very happy with the consultation - Aida immediately started identifying work to be done and noticed things that I had not thought to mention. We were under a tight timeline and she was thankfully able to fit us in on very short notice. My husband works from home and was here during the cleaning process. Aida and her team showed up on time and brought everything they needed with them. I came home after work and was absolutely blown away by the service they provided. Our kitchen, bathrooms, living room, two bedrooms and office are sparkling (more impressive given that we have a dog that likes to shed)! As I walked around our condo I was continually surprised by each room. The attention to detail was wonderful and included the cleaning of places that I did not expect. Aida and her team did an outstanding job cleaning absolutely everything in our place and I would without hesitation recommend them to family and friends. We are planning to continue to use Aida on an ongoing basis. Overall, the deep clean went above and beyond our expectations.
