Our experience with Dodd's was exceptional - from beginning to end. Mike arrived slightly ahead of time for his appointment with us (he even called to ask if an early arrival was appropriate), and provided us with a reasonable estimate on the type of doors and opener we were looking for - no upsell - just a qualified recommendation to suit our needs. Installation was efficient, and all materials were removed efficiently, with no mess remaining. Subsequent to install, a minor repair was required, and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently - much to our satisfaction. Of note, Angie is fantastic to work with - coordinating the install, repair, and ensuring we were happy with Dodd's service. We highly recommend Dodd's.

Mike responded quickly and was able to diagnose the problem with our dryer, which was over heating. He made a visit on a Thursday evening was back back on Sunday evening with the replacement part - dryer is now functioning as it should. We really appreciate the quick and courteous service!

We required the design and installation of an iron garden gate, and contacted a number of companies for a quotation. Asad came to our home to review our site, and was able to quickly deliver a drawing and estimate that matched our needs. Asad was able to complete the gate within the estimated time frame, and he and his crew installed the well crafted garden gate that is built to last! They were careful to work around our underground sprinkler system and left the surrounding area in perfect order. Maryam, the office manager, is a pleasure to deal with, and we highly recommend Architectural Iron Works for their experienced craftsmanship and attention to detail.

John modified our irrigation system to incorporate deck and patio construction two years ago. He was extremely accommodating and flexible to our needs and we were more than satisfied with his work. We subsequently hired him to put new sod and add river rock to complete our landscaping needs. John has also flushed out our irrigation system for winter, and is always quick to return to repair and deal with any issues that arise. We highly recommend John and his team. He is a pleasure to deal with and display great integrity.

Derek was quick to provide a reasonable quote and was able to accommodate a tight timeline to remove a diseased elm tree from our property. Derek promised a clean, efficient process and he more than delivered on his promise. The work area was left undamaged, debris was removed, and we are completely statisfied with his work.
